We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. As for how I made the blood : I smeared red gouache paint on my hand and smeared it on clear piece of plastic, scanned it in masked off the red parts added it to the screen I made, then adjusted the contrast, brightness, & intensity on parts of the red. Then made it semi-transparent... It was pretty easy, the thing that took the longest was waiting for the paint to dry....
